Tochigi Ontario Holdings says Compuware to go private through a $2.5 billion

Tochigi Ontario Holdings has today said that the Famous IT solutions provider, Compuware, has decided to go private after it agreed to a stock and cash deal of $2.5 billion with private equity firm Thoma Bravo. Compuware is known to have made the decision following pressure from activist investor, Elliott Management.   The current deal will put an end to a process that was initiated in 2012 when Elliott Management bought a stake in Compuware and made an $11/share to take it over. Elliott owns 9.5% of Compuware and has decided to vote for the deal.   "Thoma Bravo has offered to pay $10.92 per share for Compuware. The offered price is lower than what Elliot originally offered. Tochigi Ontario Holdings reports on Sysco buying U.S. Foods from KKR, CDR for $3.45 billion

Senior financial analysts at Tochigi Ontario Holdings have today reported on American multinational food firm, Sysco, revealing it will buy U.S. Foods for a $3.5 billion cash and stock takeover, from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CDR).    "Sysco and U.S. Foods will have an annual sale of $65 billion and a cash flow of $2 billion. One-third of this combined revenue will come from U.S. Food's sale, approximating about $22 billion," said Jonathan Turner, Head of Corporate Trading at Tochigi Ontario Holdings.     Sysco has already witnessed a hype of about 10% in their sales on Monday afternoon trading. Tochigi Ontario Holdings says buyout groups target Latin America

Tochigi Ontario Holdings has today said that Latin America is witnessing big buyout deals this year. Various private equity groups and venture capitalists have invested nearly $7.9 billion in multiple deals. The funds raised in the region are the highest in the past five years.    "Latin America witnessed a 21% increase in fund allocation in 2011. It is expected that the new bubble of investments will burst in either 2014 or early 2015 as the entities will be looking forward to spending the capital on expansion and operations," said Michael Walker, Director of Corporate Equities at Tochigi Ontario Holdings.     Patrice Etlin, chairman of Latin America Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LAVCA), also marked that the next wave of the region's investment process will hit back in 2015.   In 2010 and 2011, private equity and venture capitalists invested $8.1 billion and $10.3 billion respectively in the Latin America region. Tochigi Ontario Holdings says Garda Security receives $1.1 billion buyout offer

Tochigi Ontario Holdings has today said that Garda World Security, the armoured car and security dealing company, has joined hands with a private equity fund to privatize the company.    “The deal on the table is valued at $1.1 billion. The buyout will be led by U.K private equity firm Apax Partners,” said Jonathan Turner, Head of Corporate Trading at Tochigi Ontario Holdings .   Tochigi Ontario Holdings says Garda Security receives $1.1 billion buyout offer   Stephan Cretier, chief executive of the company and former minor league baseball umpire, will offer his 23.5% in the company.    Apax Partners is offering $12 per share to privatize the company.
